I was kindly sent a couple of lots by the British Asparagus group this week, so I chose to make this dish, mainly since I had feta in the fridge and believed it would be a great idea. Turns out, it was. A quick note about the maintained lemon you don't always need to purchase it particularly for this recipe if you do not believe you'll utilize it in anything else (since only an extremely percentage is needed), BUT if you do occur to have some in the fridge, then I extremely advise it as I think it works amazingly with the feta.
